The CRA Model: How We Accomplish Our Mission

Center for Renewal and Advancement is rightly named. We provide discipleship and leadership training programs that enhance effectiveness, productivity and growth. We have created a remarkable formula for renewal that seamlessly integrates individual or organizational imperatives with the trajectory of a new direction.

In all of our activities, we understand our mandate to be that only a theology that emerges out of the life context of a particular church could be life giving and support the church in its witness to the world. Your local church is the center around which every aspect of our coaching revolves. This mandate can be expressed in the following ways:

On-site Training

We generally allow our clients to choose the time and location for their personalized training to facilitate easy integration into their schedule or calendar. Equally important is the reciprocal accountability of service and delivery. Usually lasting anywhere from a few days to several weeks, our modular programs and extensive selection of case studies help us tailor training to your personal or organization’s needs, providing you with tips and tools that you can apply immediately on everyday tasks and assignments to bring about a meaningful change. Our popular and practical coaching models inspire action, develop competencies and provide measurable progress.

Private/Public Workshops

You can either elect to have workshops conducted privately for your church at an off-site location as a Retreat or have your leaders attend one or more of our public workshops. Either way, we have a remarkable formula for renewal that seamlessly integrates individual or organizational imperatives with the trajectory of a new direction.

The Case Study Approach

We undertake any project using our Case Study Approach. Adopting the eyes of a strategic outsider, we will work with you to assess and ensure an understanding of your unique church needs, idealize possibilities for achievable future goals and progress, align operational and forecast outcomes with your ideal future, and advance your organization through a faster cycle of immediate and long term results
